A renter uploads a matched move-in and move-out photo of a room, and Gemma 4 (through the Gemini API) flags possible differences between them. The AI only suggests, as the renter reviews each flagged item, confirms or dismisses it, and adds a note. It only uses the confirmed items from the renter.
