GAURD is an all in one tool that helps potential house buyers run a security check on their prospective city to ensure they are well informed about potential risks and crime rates. This security check not only provides current information about both violent and property crime, but also has a trained gradient boosted trees algorithm which predicts whether crime will rise in a given city 4 years from now.
